Nissan Stadium sits on the east bank of the Cumberland, which means it sits on our side of the river. From The Eighteen it’s a straight shot, and on event days that is worth more than any amenity we could list.
Here’s what’s coming, and how to do it without the parking misery.

The stadium you’ll walk to is being replaced by a new one rising right beside it. At roughly 2.1 million square feet, the new Nissan Stadium is designed with seats 38% closer to the field than the current building, an enclosed translucent roof (no more rain plans), nearly double the restrooms, frictionless concessions, and open patio decks with panoramic views of the city.
The headline: Nashville is hosting Super Bowl LXIV in 2030 at the new stadium. Which is another way of saying the east bank is about to become one of the most valuable stretches of real estate in the American South, and The Eighteen is already standing on it.
If you’re a Titans fan planning ahead, or an investor reading the neighborhood, that’s the number to keep in mind.
Don’t drive. Stadium-day traffic on the east bank is a bottleneck and lot prices spike. Your car stays in our on-site parking and you approach on foot or by a short rideshare.
Walk the pedestrian bridge. The John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge connects the stadium side to downtown, so you can arrive on foot and cross over afterward if you want Broadway. Most people go the other way: stadium, then back to the east side.
Eat before, on this side. Stadium concessions are stadium concessions. Butcher & Bee or The Pharmacy beforehand is a better meal at half the price.
Plan the after. Post-event downtown is gridlock. Attaboy is next door to the building, and Five Points Pizza runs late. The whole night ends on foot.
Book early for football weekends. Home games and stadium concerts fill East Nashville lodging faster than anything except festival weeks. Eleven units go quickly.
Everyone else at that concert is going to spend forty-five minutes getting out of a parking structure. You’re going to walk home, and the car you didn’t move is going to be exactly where you left it.
