The Story
Your own space.
An East Nashville
address.
The Eighteen is a boutique aparthotel at the corner of McFerrin and Main in East Nashville. Originally built as apartments, its eleven self-contained units are now offered as guest stays— apartment-style space, without a residential lease.
Eleven accommodations, with room to settle in. Each includes a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and space to actually live. Book a weekend, a tour stop, or a longer stay. The rooftop deck looks straight at the downtown skyline. On-site parking can be arranged through Kasa’s Virtual Front Desk; confirm availability before arrival.
Day-to-day operations run on Kasa's professional hospitality platform: self check-in, virtual front desk, and 24/7 guest support by text. For current guest feedback, read recent reviews on Kasa.

Groups & Buyouts
Stay together.
Keep your own space.
Traveling with colleagues, a touring crew, or guests attending a wedding? Ask Kasa Groups about lodging across multiple accommodations. Whole-floor or whole-building requests, availability, and any van or trailer parking must be confirmed by the operator. Group lodging is not permission to host a gathering: parties and events at the property are prohibited.
