Can I book through Airbnb?
The Eighteen offers stays through rental platforms including Airbnb. This website’s booking links take you to Kasa, the property operator. If you book through another platform, check the exact listing, availability and reservation terms there.
How do I choose a stay and book?
Start with our stay-layout comparison to choose a category, then check live rates and availability on Kasa. Kasa operates The Eighteen and manages bookings, check-in, guest support, and property policies.
What stay layouts are available?
Four categories: 1BR King — sleeps 4, 2 beds, 1 bath; 2BR King + Queen — sleeps 6, 3 beds, 2 baths; 2BR Penthouse Queen + Queen — sleeps 4, 2 beds, 2 baths; and 2BR Penthouse King / Full / Twin Bunk — sleeps 7, 5 beds, 2 baths. Bed totals are Kasa’s listed counts, not a specification of additional bed types. Confirm the exact sleeping arrangements for your selected accommodation on Kasa.
Is there parking at The Eighteen?
On-site parking is arranged through Kasa’s Virtual Front Desk after booking. Confirm current availability and vehicle fit with the operator. Van or trailer parking is not guaranteed and requires explicit operator confirmation.
Are pets allowed?
The property is pet friendly. Confirm current pet limits, restrictions and applicable charges with Kasa before booking or bringing a pet.
What is an aparthotel?
The Eighteen is an aparthotel: apartment-style accommodations booked for guest stays rather than residential leases. Each has a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. Check-in is self-service, with 24/7 virtual guest support from Kasa. The aparthotel label does not mean there is an on-site reception desk or included daily housekeeping.
What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in starts at 4 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. Kasa provides self check-in instructions before arrival. Early check-in is subject to operator approval and availability; confirm the terms for your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the rate and reservation you select. Read the cancellation deadline and refund conditions shown on Kasa before confirming your booking; do not assume all rates have the same flexibility.
Will there be a security hold?
Kasa may require a preauthorization of up to $250. Review the current payment and security-hold terms on Kasa for your reservation, and ask the operator how a hold would apply to your stay.
Is housekeeping included during my stay?
Housekeeping during your stay is available on request at an additional cost. Contact Kasa to confirm availability, arrange service, and check the current charge.
Can our group book several accommodations or the whole building?
Ask Kasa Groups about lodging for colleagues, touring crews, or guests attending a wedding. Multi-unit, whole-floor, and whole-building requests are subject to operator confirmation and availability. Van or trailer parking also requires confirmation. Group lodging does not permit parties or events at the property; those are prohibited.
How far is The Eighteen from downtown Nashville?
Downtown is across the Cumberland River, a short drive or rideshare away. Journey times vary with traffic and stadium events. Check your route before leaving, especially if walking to Nissan Stadium or heading to the airport.
What is there to do nearby?
Attaboy is next door at 8 McFerrin Avenue. Explore the neighborhood guide for East Nashville restaurants, bars, music venues, and shops. Check each venue’s current hours and plan your route; not every recommendation is a short walk.
Can I book a longer stay?
Full kitchens and in-unit laundry make the aparthotel useful for extended guest stays. Check Kasa for availability and the rates and terms that apply to your dates, including longer stays.
Is there a coffee shop in the building?
A neighborhood coffee shop is planned for the ground floor. An opening date has not been announced, so do not count on an operating café during your stay. See the Coffee page and sign up for the Dispatch for updates.
